St Winfrid's AGM

St Winfrid’s Annual General Meeting

This will be held at AFC Totton on Sunday 7 April, directly after morning worship. This is the meeting when we are brought up to date with everything that has gone on in our church over the past year, and where we elect the coming year’s Wardens, DCC and PCC.  All are welcome to attend, but only people on the electoral roll can stand for election, or vote.

Church Electoral Roll

Every six years each church is asked to scrap its existing electoral roll (the list of people who belong here) and start a new one. This is the year!

If you have been baptised into the Church of England and either live in this parish, or if not, have been worshipping here for 6 months or more, you are entitled to be on our electoral roll. Please collect a form from the welcome desk, fill it in and return it.

Is God calling you to serve?

Prior to the AGM on 7 April, we need to nominate people to stand as Wardens, on DCC or on PCC.  If you’d like to stand, please collect a form from the welcome desk and ask someone to nominate you – or if you’d like to nominate someone, collect a form, get their agreement, complete the form and return it. You must be on the electoral roll (see above!) to do any of this.
